Lucy & Yak Marketing Proposal
This marketing concept was developed to aid the sales and customer journey for sustainable fashion brand Lucy & Yak. This brand is always aiming to achieve the highest standards of ethical and sustainable clothing production while also providing a wider sizing range than most fashion brands. Hoping to decrease return rates and improve customer satisfaction, I conceptualised an AR (augmented reality) app in which customers could virtually try on items of clothing before purchasing and also introduced a reward scheme for loyal customers.
